8U Mite Madness

The Dawgs had an unreal showing at the annual Mite Madness tournament. We dominated play in the round robin. Of the 6 teams that went onto the playoffs, five of them were Dawgs teams. The Silver team took a quarter final win over our Blue team but came up short in the semifinal against the Jr Grizz. 

On the other side of the bracket, we had an unbelievable quarter final game against the Gray and Rush teams, which ended in a shootout win for Gray. Gray went up against the Black team in the semifinal where Black continued their dominance with a win and a spot in the championship. 

The Black team took on the Jr Grizz and controlled the whole game with a dominate performance by Bodhi Christ-Johnson in net, and the offensive powerhouse of August Fields. The final was 5-1. Way to go Black Team!
